Madam Kate Lankono Cuts Sod for Community Projects

The District Chief Excutive for the Nadowli Kaleo, madam Kate Lankono, together with some constituency executives of the ruling National Patriotic Party was in Toyaga and Pennintobo to cut sod for the construction of a Kindergarten and JHS block respectively. NDC YOUTH ORGANIZER CALLS ON GOVERNMENT TO FIX DBI ROADS

  The NDC youth Organizer for the Daffiama-Bussie-Issa constituency has appealed to government through the District Assembly to come to the aid of the people by fixing the several washed off roads. He made the appeal while speaking to Tumpaani Fm.  In August, 2021 a heavy downpoor caused a devastating flood disaster that washed off many roads and farms in the Upper West Region. The Daffiama-Bussie-Issa roads were severely affected.  The NDC youth organizer, Desmond Tampuori mobilized the youth in Daffiama for communal labour. They particularly worked on portions of the road along Daffiama-Duong that was terribly affected. The enthusiasm of the youth and their works in that enclave attracted public attention. Former President Mahama, the current Upper West Regional Minister, the Member of Parliament for the area, Hon Sebastian Sandaare all visited the area and commended the enthusiastic youth.
