  Dr. Mark Malangko and his wife Valeria Malangko, as part of their benevolence to students in remote communities have on Friday, February 25, 2023 donated text books and solar reading lamps to schools at Charikpong in the Nadowli-Kaleo District of Upper West Region. At the durbar in Charikpong, Mr. and Mrs. Malangko donated 1,460 text books of which 730 are mathematics and 730 being English language for all upper primaries including 952 solar reading lamps for students in the various Junior High Schools at Charikpong and its surrounding communities. A group of youth from the Nadowli-Kaleo Constituency which calls itself "Volunteers of Anthony Mwinkaara Sumah" (VAMS), has rallied its support to Hon. Anthony M. Sumah by raising a sum of GHC 5000.00 to purchase a nomination form for him to contest this year's parliamentary primaries.
