OFFICE OF THE MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT
DAFFIAMA-BUSSIE-ISSA.
27/06/2020
BE COUNTED, SUPPORT ENUMERATORS AND LET US MAKE THE CENSUS A SUCCESS IN OUR DISTRICT.
Good evening constituents.
I wish to remind you all that the census night is some few hours away. An activity that involves counting everybody within our District and Ghana at large.
It is a very important national exercise that everybody must get involved. We all must assist the officials from the National Statistical Service to obtain accurate and reliable data. Obtaining accurate and reliable data is important to us in many respects.
First, our data will inform and shape national policies that will bring the needed development and transformation in our District.
Again, available data informs investors, philanthropists and Non Governmental organizations on what interventions are vital to the well-being of the people. I see it as a comprehensive need assessment of the country.
It is against this background, that you should receive census officials as friends and partners in undertaking a national exercise that seeks to obtain and present to the nation, our true numbers and status as a people.
My very best regards to all constituents and census officials. May the exercise be a success.
Thank you.
..signed.
Hon Sebastian Sandaare,
Member of Parliament,
Daffiama, Bussie, Issa
