LAWRA MP PARTAKES IN A FLOAT FOR CENSUS EXERCISE

 


The Member of Parliament for Lawra, Hon. Lawyer Bede A. Ziedeng this afternoon was in the Constituency to take part in float to commence the census night.


Addressing the people, he thanked the organizers for the wonderful job done and highlighted several benefits society drives from the census night since it is used as the reference point during the census. The most among other benefits is for planning purposes as far as the development of every Community, district, region as well as the nation is concerned.


He therefore called on the chiefs and traditional leaders to actively involve themselves in this exercise since they are part and parcel of the agents development in every Community.


He also tasked the enumerators of the census exercise to be committed so that in the end we can get accurate and reliable data can be gotten for the development of our dear constituency. 


In conclusion, he called upon our brothers and sisters outside the Municipality to try and come home for the census night since it's for our own good as a Constituency.
