PURPOSELESS VISIT TO THE UPPER WEST REGION BY MR PRESIDENT NANA ADDO

 .



I heard president Nana Addo will be visiting my home Region (Upper West).

At first hearing, I were agog because i thought he is visiting us to inspect on-going projects(if any) and possibly commission finished ones (if any ) as has been the tradition of most PRESIDENT'S visits, most especially in this  dry season (non-election period).

 But to my utter dismay and shock upon asking and obtaining his visit itinerary, he's simply seeking refuge from the furnace in ACCRA emanating from his insane insatiable appetite to paying his wife and Bawumia wives salaries.

What electrocuted me to my MESENCHYMAL cells is, president Nana Addo Completely forgot that, not quite long in December he, his road minister(Mr Kwesi Amoako Atta), regional minister (Hon Hafiz Bin Salif) and Mr Anthony Karbo(then lawra MP and deputy road and highway minister) came to LAWRA Dikp3 and cut  sod for the Dikp3 bridge construction and so I and many thought such project of monumental importance(taking into consideration the hurricane  propaganda that preceded his sod cutting) would have court the president attention for inspection. But hey.....no mention of Dikp3 bridge, and not even the "Zambo girls SHS"(which Mr Anthony Karbo had a mammoth trail blazing sod-cutting durbar)  could do the magic!

 Or the president's delibrate forgetfulness of this project is as a result, that he(Nana Addo) knew very well that, what he , the road and highway minister, regional minister and Mr Anthony Karbo came to LAWRA-Dikp3 to do in December were a ruse, a political gimmick aimed at hoodwinking voters in the LAWRA constituency which backfired!!

   As I speak, the said venue(Dikp3 volta) where president Nana Addo and Mr Anthony Karbo cut the sod for the bridge construction is still a virgin fallow land and the black-volta is at sleep like a preterm baby and there's  NO wheelbarrow at site!!

  Again, when i looked at president Nana Addo visit itinerary, it seems as part of his refuge seeking visit,  visiting chiefs within the Region is prime, but what's more than  telling in the itinerary is that, our (LAWRA) paramount chief who doubled as the vice president of the national house of chiefs and also the biological father of Mr Anthony Karbo (immediate past LAWRA MP doubled as Nana Addo past deputy road and highway minister) never worth our president attention!!

  Oh, why Mr President??

   What's amidst here??

Well, I think my good buddies, Mr Jacob Terkpeng(chief), Mr Aziz Puoyel, Mr Obeng Williams and Mr Desire(Karbo SECRETARY,i learnt) will surely have some answers in their bosom to my worry, so kindly forward this message to the aforementioned persons!

A TERRIBLE ACCIDENT CLAIMS 3 LIVES

  On September 16th, 2025 at around 11:20 am in Nadowli, A samyoung Vehicle moving from Jirapa to Techiman got into a fatal accident between an uncompleted fuel station in Nadowli along the Jirapa road close to a mechanic shop.  The Car with registration number AS-2684-16 had 18 passengers on board. 1 person who is a police officer going on a transfer was confirmed dead on the spot.  The remaining were rushed to the Nadowli District Hospital. Upon arrival at the Hospital, the medical Superintendent Doctor. Opoku confirmed two additional deaths bringing the told to 3 persons. The remaining 15 persons including kids are in a very critical condition at the Nadowli District Hospital receiving treatment.
