Suleman Baako, aspiring for Upper west Regional Youth Organizer of the NPP.

 


A " Hello'' accompanied by a smile is a gesture you will not miss, a gesture which is intricate part of his attitude.


Very calm and knowledgeable, a character that exudes a lot of confidence and good -will. A good public speaker and an eloquent figure, action oriented and Strong-willed person by name Suleman Baako wishes to vie for the Upper West Regional Youth Organizer for the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

His humble demeanor depicts an affable gentleman with a big heart for the love of people.  

He is a "political animal', a gentleman that has immerse understanding of services to fellow men. It is imperative to know that Mohammed Suleman is a young educationist (teacher) cum businessman. A very hardworking man with sheer conviction and dedication to succeed in the struggle for God and country.


His keen interest and contributions to the students wing of the great NPP and the Region are enourmous which therefore gives him the zeal and the passion to do more hence his intention to be the Upper West Regional Youth Organizer for the party.


He has risen through the ranks of TESCON leadership by occupying various positions as; 

Organising Team Member 2012 to 2013. 

Communication Team member 2013 to 2014. 

His good writing prowess landed him the SECRETARY from 2014 to 2015.

He later became a Counsel of Elder, 2015 to 2016.


He also served the party in the region as;

A member of the Wa West Youth Working Committee to date.

PRO to Wa Central Youth Working Committee.

Member of the Regional Communications team.

Head of Operations, Upper West Regional Youth Wing.


Aside these enviable political journey at the students level and in the region, Mr. Suleman Baako also assumed a litany of professional and leadership portfolios. 


He has 11yrs experience in playing a managerial and supervisory role in a reputable organisation called Basid Niery company limited. It can be said without an iota of doubt that he is an epitome of experience and a strategist, in this regard.

Looking at these enviable success chalked by this gentleman par excellence, Suleman Baako. It is a fact that he has contributed in little or greater ways to the development of self, NPP and mother Ghana. 


The elephant family (all Kukrudites) in the Upper West Region are grateful to you for the services you rendered to the party, wishing and praying fervently that you avail yourself for greater service for the party when the opportunity and time comes.


In one of his engagements with StraightNews Suleman Baako stated that in leading the youth front of the party, you must be a sympathetic allied and a trusted companion of the youth. You must also build a competent and people minded team to help you implement your vision. 

When quizzed on his plans for the party, he mentioned a number of them and amongst which were that,

1. He intends to invigorate and rebrand the youth wing at all levels through the creation of rewarding opportunities and participatory platform void of obstacles and hindrance.


2. "We intend to extend the scope of TESCON activities beyond the confines of their respective school campuses into the various communities to conscientize the populace to strictly Sticking to the ideals and principles of the NPP".


3. "Together, we will strengthen and empower the youth at the polling station, constituency and regional levels of the party".


4. "We envision the youth wing an indispensable organ of highest decision-making body and front runners of grassroots mobilization, we will equip and strategical position the youth wing as a election winning"

Speaking on why he chose the regional youth organizer instead of any other position, he discloses that, having previously worked as a Tescon executive, with Wa west and Wa central youth wings and now as the head of operations at the regional youth wing, he believes in all humility that he has gathered considerable experience to lead the youth front of their party in the region with the advice of elders behind the scene. “It is a project for us all, that is why Our Slogan is Let’s do it together” he added.

He therefore urges party members to vote for him, Suleman Baako for the smooth and effective running of the party in the Upper West region when the voting time is due.

Lambussie Young Stars Volleyball Club Smashes Host Team to be Crowned Champions in Azumah Volleyball Tournament
