THE NEW DAWN, THE NEW HOPE FOR NURSES AND MIDWIVES



Haven't nurses and midwives crave for far too long for a union, that  knew, experienced the ordeal of nurses and midwives and that will be a soother to their anguish??


Haven't nurses and midwives locked themselves in a Brownian motion in the dark directionless room in search for a union that will be the best diagnostic lens of nurses and midwives woes for far too long??


How long must nurses and midwives keep groaning in their obscure corners in search for a union that will at least offer phalanges to help a nurse or a midwife when he or she is in helpless situation or on retirement??


For how long will the ordinary nurse or midwife be callously, yet in a conspicuous manner be forever be abandoned to walk solitary whenever his or her back faces the Kilimanjaro wall while relentless monthly crazy subductions of stupendous amounts are being visited on his or her already emaciated salary in the animal name of being a member of a union??


Well, if you are a nurse or midwife(be it old, newly posted or still a trainee) hosting the aforesaid questions in your cranium, which drastically suppresses your melatonin levels thereby causing you chronic insomnia and margarine, then consider these hurdles shoved aside by taking the new reinvigorating/rejuvenating pill christened UPNMG‼️


 UPNMG , spontaneously erupted(birthed) to wipe nurses and midwives endless stream of tears and to restore HOPE in the nurse or midwife. 

The INTEREST and purpose of UPNMG is to provide convivial humanitarian services to the ordinary nurse or midwife(who's a significant contributor to saving homo sapiens species), and not to put nurses and midwives in servitide as has being the case for three(3) score and counting years‼️


How do i become a member of the new HOPE(UPNMG)??

The ever ringing question when UPNMG knocks at the door.

  Well, joining or becoming UPNMG member isn't cumbersome nor a daunting(hell) task so kindly relax your cardio in its pericardium, sip some water and please offer me a listening ear.

 As an old nurse or midwife in the system, kindly go to your PAYSLIP and get the changes effected(that's switching from GRNMA to UPNMG).

  Afterward, ask for UPNMG member within or without your facility and there you will be led to a UPNMG coordinator appointed to walk you through to fill  the refund form. And from there, leadership at the regional and national level will pick it up and get your monies refunded to you, and there you make merriment.

   As a newly posted nurse or midwife, during your entrance forms(ippd) filling, kindly indicate UPNMG or ask for UPNMG e-platform and anastomse(join) and there you will be walked through on how to be a member(using e-channels) or you equally wait, after your first month or so  salary, the union making the deductions will be indicated, if it is not HOPE(UPNMG) kindly get it changed from your PAYSLIP and with Mr Usain Bolt's speed, fill the refund form ‼️ 


UPNMG doesn't see its members as a milking cow but as a credible voice for amplifying and/or elevating nurses and midwives eons of challenges, UPNMG well understood the old axiom, which has it that, because of the unknown tommorow that one gird his or her loins to save for the drought season, and UPNMG comes handy when the nurse or midwife is in dire situation.

Lambussie Young Stars Volleyball Club Smashes Host Team to be Crowned Champions in Azumah Volleyball Tournament
