A known NDC financier cum businessman from the Upper West Region, Alhaji Adams Randy has once again donated one hundred and thirty bags of sugar to the NDC party in the region.

The donation is his contribution to help party folks especially the Muslims who are in the season of ramadam to have a successful fasting period.

From the 130bags, each of the 11  constituencies has/or to receive 10 bags while the rest are to be shared among other groupings ad stakeholders of the party.

This is not the first time the party stalwart has supported the party. He has been supporting party members and activities especially during such seasons as Ramadan, Christmas and electioneering seasons.

Speaking to straight news Gh, he asserted that the party is in opposition and that this is the time members of the party must be shown more of love and compassion especially when there is extreme hardship in the country.

"...things are hard but this is the time we must share, love and care for one another especially in such spiritual periods like Ramadam. Over the years, that has always been my believe that we need to be supportive to the general welfare and interest of our party. I do support the party at different levels over the years, not because of I have enough but the passion and love I have for my part..."

This blog earlier picked intelligence that the business mogul is also warming up to contest the Upper West Regional Chairmanship race. When asked,  the soft spoken business man declined to confirm or deny the rumours insisting that his gesture should be separated from at  political ambition because it is something he has been doing and that it is too early to be talking about elections when the party has not lifted the ban on internal campaign. He concluded that his decision will depend on the voices of the masses and that he will not hesitate to announce such a decision when that is made at the right time.
