UPDATES ON BUSSIE VOLLEY COURT CONSTRUCTION

You may recall that sometimes in 4th January, 2022, the Member of Parliament for Daffiama- Bussie- Issa, Hon Sebastian Sandaare cut a sod for the construction of a volleyball court in Bussie.

At the short ceremony, he donated 50bags of cement for the start of work.

The project which was initiated by the Volleyball team of Bussie started in earnest.

Based on progress report, the MP has given an additional support of 35bags of cement, bringing the total number of cement he donated to 85bags.

Our checks show that the team and its leadership have been working assiduously to have the court completed. They provide their own labour and other things needed to complete the project.

The Member of Parliament has reiterated his commitment to helping the team in diverse ways to make it a formidable team when the court is finally completed.

Leadership of the team however indicate that they still need a lot of support to have a solidly competitive team to project the name of the district and that it would appreciate any support from stakeholders.
