DBI: HON SEBASTIAN SANDAARE EULOGIZES SPEAKER BAGBIN FOR HIS CONTINOUS SUPPORT.

 


The Member of Parliament for Daffiama, Bussie, Issa, Hon Sebastian Sandaare has passionately eulogized the Speaker of Parliament, Rt Hon Speaker during the NDC campaign launch held in Fian over the weekend. 

Addressing the crowd,  he used the opportunity to acknowledge and praise the Rt Hon Alban Sumana Bagbin for being a mentor and supporter. He said that his going to Parliament,  his ability to rise and contribute on the floor of Parliament is because of the guidance and diverse supports offered him by the veteran politician. 

Hon Sebastian Sandaare also gave the indication of numerous supports given to him by the Speaker of Parliament towards another victory in the 7th Devember polls.

The Daffiama, Bussie, Issa legislator who is canvassing for a third term says he is poised to do more when he is returned to Parliament with his party, the National Democratic Congress being in power. 

He urged the people to continue to continue to support  the NDC as the redeemer of the deplorable status quo of the nation.  

On the 6th of October, 2024, constituents gathered in their thousands for a victory walk and a campaign launch. The historic walk in the Fian town, brought together the rank and file of the NDC.

The public acknowledgement of the contribution of the Rt Hon Speaker by the Daffiama, Bussie, Issa lawmaker,  confirms the mentorship role of the Speaker, who has mentored and continue to mentor young and upcoming politicians. It is also an indication of his support for the NDC to win the upcoming elections. It is important at the time the NDC is targeting all 11 seats in the Upper West Region.


Speaker upon speaker, addressing the mammoth crowd, emphasised the need to retain Hon Sebastian Sandaare. Hon Cletus Dapilaa, Member of Parliament for Jirapa, Hon Lanchenne Tuobo, Member of Parliament for Wa West, Hon Anthony Sumah, Member of Parliament and the Upper West MPs Caucus leader, Hon Dr Rashid Pelpuo, Member of Parliament for Wa central, were present to offer their support.

Other dignitaries included; the NDC Region Chairman, Chairman Bunas and his executives,  Ambassador Sulemana,  former Upper West Regional Minister, Alhaji Alhassan Gbangu, a renowned party financier, Hajia Shamima Muslim, a veratan journalist, Hon Abu K K, former DCE and former deputy minister for the Upper West Region, Hon Mikel Kombor,  former deputy NSS boss and Hon Felis Zumakpee, former DCE for the Daffiama, Bussie, Issa.

Lambussie Young Stars Volleyball Club Smashes Host Team to be Crowned Champions in Azumah Volleyball Tournament
