DISCLAIMER ON AN AUDIO IN CIRCULATION ON SOCIAL MEDIA CONCERNING APPOINTMENTS

My attention has been drawn to an audio in circulation on social media, especially WhatsApp platforms from one Isaac Bonye, a native of Pulbaa in the Daffiama Busie Issa District, as he claims in the audio. The said audio contains comments in connection with political appointments in the Upper West Region and Daffiama Busie Issa District. It is revealed that a Facebook account (Isaac Bonye) allegedly associated with the individual has continued to make similar comments as heard in the audio.

The audio contains threatening, disrespectful and divisive comments. 


The said individual mentioned my name, Denis Andaban, insisting  I am most qualified and must be appointed for the position of the District Chief Executive for DBI District Assembly. 


I wish to state on record that I dissociate myself from the content as contained in the audio in question and condemn the these unpalatable comments in absolute terms.


I wish to entreat all individuals to pursue their political ambitions and genuine interests in ways that are anchored on mutual respect, peace and unity.

I therefore entreat the public to disregard the audio as I bear no knowledge of its source and content. As a communication officer, I detest commentaries that have the propensity to divide the GREAT NDC.


I am further taking steps to reach out to the individual in question to find ways of providing him guidance and any necessary mentorship that befits true democratic participation. 


I thank all individuals who believe in my leadership capabilities and wish that I become the leader they want.

Lambussie Young Stars Volleyball Club Smashes Host Team to be Crowned Champions in Azumah Volleyball Tournament
